Beijing, March 25 (Youth.cn) - On March 23, 2025, citizens participate in sports activities at Sunlight Industrial Park, a repurposed power plant in Luolong District, Luoyang City, Henan Province.

The Sunlight Industrial Park has undergone a remarkable transformation from an abandoned power plant into a vibrant urban complex. Preserving iconic industrial structures through restoration and moderate renovations, the park creatively integrates industrial heritage with modern recreational elements.

This urban renewal project features multiple functional zones including themed commercial spaces, creative offices, sports facilities, family entertainment areas, motorcycle racing tracks, and industrial heritage exhibitions. By revitalizing underutilized factory assets, the park successfully blends historical industrial imprints with cultural innovation and tourism services. 

The adaptive reuse of industrial architecture has not only activated idle urban resources but also injected new economic vitality into the area.
