Photo List 400,000-ton iron ore carrier docks at Lianyungang setting new records
 

Beijing, February 25 (Youth.cn) - On February 24, 2025, the Liberian-flagged vessel "Brazil" slowly berthed at Berth 87 of Xinsugang Terminal in Lianyungang Port, Jiangsu Province, preparing to unload its cargo.

The "Brazil," measuring 361 meters in length and 65 meters in width with a maximum draft of 23.1 meters, successfully docked while carrying approximately 400,000 tons of iron ore from Brazils Madeira Port. This operation sets a new historical record for the deepest-draft vessel ever accommodated at Lianyungang Port since its opening.
