Beijing, February 24 (Youth.cn) - On February 23, 2025, the 20,000 Chinese plum trees of the Xixi National Wetland Park in Hangzhou - including varieties such as Gongfen (palace pink), Jiangmei (river plum), Lu'e (green calyx), and Zhusha (cinnabar red) - burst into full bloom, and their delicate fragrance wafting through the air. With 5,000 newly planted plum trees added, the park now features an interconnected 12-kilometer-long serene waterside path for plum blossom appreciation, creating the poetic "winding waters and blossoming plums" landscape. This enchanting scenery has drawn crowds of locals and tourists to immerse themselves in the early spring ambiance along the meandering waterways adorned with plum blossoms. Photo/CFP
