
Beijing, February 14 (Youth.cn) - On February 13, 2025, in Beijing City, at the East Street of the Drum Tower, vendors are selling tanghulu, a traditional Chinese snack usually made with sugar-coated haws. But the tanghulu here are made with various ingredients, including not only hawthorn, strawberries, grapes, pineapples, but also chili peppers and latiao, a snack of spicy tofu or flour strips. The three-way intersection in front of the Drum Tower has continuously gone viral and become a must-visit spot for young people to post to their social media when they come to Beijing.
