Beijing, February 8 (Youth.cn) - On February 7, 2025, in the Houfu Village of the Tantou Town, Changle District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, the Ancient Min Folk Festival for Blessing is holding a traditional folk custom "parade of the deities". The statues of the deities are escorted by a crowd of people through the streets and lanes, praying for national peace and prosperity as well as favorable weather for their crops. The Houfu Folk Festival for Blessing is a representative project of intangible cultural heritage in Changle District and has a history of over 400 years.
