Beijing, February 6 (Youth.cn) - On February 5, 2025, tourists are enjoying the lights at the 2025 Zhengding Ancient Town Lantern Fair in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. Since its grand lighting ceremony on the evening of January 22, the dazzling array of creatively designed lanterns has fully immersed the ancient town in a vibrant Chinese New Year atmosphere.

This year's lantern fair has pioneered a new format of "the main ancient town lantern fair + citywide multi-location lighting sites". Over a thousand lanterns adorn the main venue at the South City Gate, secondary venues at the Yanghe Tower and the East City Gate, as well as the historical and cultural street block.

The South City Gate main venue features four themed areas: "Resplendent Lanterns Illuminating the World", "Millennium Radiance", "Ode to the Earth", and "Children's Fantasyland", comprising 18 large-scale lantern installations.
