Beijing, January 24 (Youth.cn) - On January 21, 2025, in Yunpu Village, Chengdong Sub-District, Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, villagers are speeding up making Jewellery Dragons. The national intangible cultural heritage of China, the Yueqing Jewellery Dragon, features a long history. The craft acquires knowledge of woodwork, oil painting, paper tying and carving, and more. Normally five meters long, three meters wide, and two meters tall, the body of the dragon are dotted with “dragon boat flower” patterns, and carries miniature buildings and hundreds of moving figurines.
