Beijing, January 20 (Youth.cn) - On January 18, 2025, a 100 meters Stool Dragon, an intangible cultural heritage of Fujian Province, appears in Qiantan Park Lane in Shanghai, and parades around the night market.
Stool Dragon, originated in the area of Heluo, is a traditional folk art of southern China combing painting, patterning, paper cutting, and carving. Drilled with holes by the villagers, the stools are connected one by one to form a dragon as long as 200 meters, dancing in festivals for fortune and blessings. Photo/VCG
