Beijing, January 15 (Youth.cn) - On January 13, 2025, the colorful Danxia landform in Zhangye City, Gansu Province is captured on camera. The Danxia landform of Zhangye is known as one of the seven most beautiful Danxia landforms in China. The Danxia landform formed during the period beginning in the Jurassic and ends in the Tertiary, as a “final product” of the red rocks after a long time erosion by wind and water during the Himalayan orogeny.
