Beijing, January 13 (Youth.cn) - On January 12, 2025, a gluten rice cake bakery in Dongtian Community, Centianhe Town, Jianghua Yao Autonomous Town, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, is sun-drying their yellow gluten rice cakes. The yellow gluten rice cake is a traditional treat for the Spring Festival, carrying the Yao people’s blessing for the new year, made from jasmine rice and gluten rice, dyed by yellow gardenia fruits, before the processes of soaking and milling.
