Beijing, July 5 (Youth.cn) - On July 4th, 2024, in Jinan City, at the Luokou section of the Yellow River, the discharge from the Xiaolangdi Reservoir has decreased. The river flow, which peaked at 2,990 cubic meters per second, has dropped to 1,080 cubic meters per second and continues to decline. Near Xiaoluzhuang, the river channel was flooded when the Yellow River's peak arrived in early July, submerging large areas of the river beach. Now, as the water level gradually recedes, parts of the sandy beach have emerged above the water surface, turning it into an ideal spot for tourists to enjoy water fun and cool off. Photo/ VCG
