Beijing, February 1 (Youth.cn) - On January 31st, 2024, in Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the central park of Binghu River in Changji City was buzzing with locals enjoying a variety of wintry activities such as ice bumper cars, snowmobiles, and snow tanks.  

This is part of Changji's recent efforts to create an urban "Winter Wonderland", taking full advantage of its rivers and lakes to bring the joy of ice and snow activities closer to home for its citizens. Photo/ VCG
