Beijing, November 1 (Youth.cn) - On October 31st, 2023, members of Zidong planting professional cooperative in Zichuan District, Zibo City, Shandong Province were processing Chinese mugwort noodles.  

Over the past year, members of the cooperative have repeatedly mixed and added a certain proportion of Chinese mugwort powder to the flour, resulting in noodles that have both the fragrance of Chinese mugwort and the texture of flour. At the same time, purple potatoes, strawberries, spinach, and dragon fruit noodles were successfully prepared, which not only enriched the "noodle family" but also opened up new avenues for farmers to increase income. Photo/ VCG
