Beijing, October 26 (Youth.cn) - On October 25th, 2023, in Suqian, Jiangsu Province, farmers from Dianhu Village in Shangtang Town, Sihong County were working in the village's textile workshop.  

Through policy guidance, tax reductions, and other measures, Sihong County in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province has attracted businesses to settle in rural areas, providing local villagers with job opportunities close to home. Since 2023, the county has seen the emergence of over ten thousand "amphibious farmers" who work in the fields during the busy farming season and in off-season textile jobs.
