Beijing, September 15 (Youth.cn) - On September 15th, 2023, in Dingxi City, Gansu Province, the China Dingxi Potato Conference was held in Anding District.  

The China Dingxi Potato Conference is a prominent event in the potato industry jointly organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Gansu Provincial Government. Since 2008, it has been successfully held for 14 sessions and has become an important platform for showcasing potato industry products, economic and trade negotiations, and investment attraction in China. It serves as a significant window for the western region to engage with the world with potatoes as a medium.
