Beijing, August 30 (Youth.cn) - On August 29th, 2023, in Hulun Buir, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, lush greenery surrounded the Ergun River, with white clouds drifting across the blue sky.  

For many years, Hulun Buir City has actively implemented major decisions and arrangements regarding ecological civilization construction made by the state and autonomous region. Through proactive efforts and a variety of measures, the city has effectively promoted the development of wetland protection, construction, and development. Hulun Buir City is also a strategic reserve and backup resource base for national timber, and an important part of the Northeast Asia water tower.
