In September 14th, female panda “Mengmeng” ushered in 7 years of birth. “Mengmeng” is one of the two pandas(the other is the 8 year old male panda Jia Jia) introduced by an agreement signed with Northeast China Tiger Park in Jilin Province and the Panda Research Center. 

　　They are also the first time when pandas are being breed in the north of China's high latitude. 

　　According to the loan agreement, they will live in Changchun for three years from July of this year. The workers said two giant pandas currently are in good condition and also very accustomed to the climate in Changchun.
