【#Tech24H】On January 29, Alibaba's chip subsidiary, T-Head, launched the high-end AI chip "Zhenwu 810E" on its official website. This chip has already been deployed in multiple 10,000-card clusters within Alibaba Cloud and serves over 400 customers, including the State Grid and XPeng Motors. This marks the complete emergence of Alibaba's AI "golden triangle"—consisting of Tongyi Lab, Alibaba Cloud, and T-Head, collectively referred to as "Tong Yunge"—Alibaba has become the world's second technology company, after Google, with full-stack in-house R&D capabilities in "large models + cloud + chips."
