
Beijing, April 1 (Youth.cn) - On the morning of March 31, 2025, Nanning’s Folk Song Lake hosted the grand opening of the “Guangxi Lunar March 3rd·Bagui Carnival” and the launch ceremony of the “Four Seasons Village Songs” activity. The opening event featured three thematic segments:
“Harmony in Song: Blossoms of Ethnic Unity”
Representatives of folk song teams from across China performed classic melodies, using music to celebrate ethnic solidarity and reinforce the sense of a shared Chinese national identity.
“Rhythm Beyond Borders: Bridging Mountains and Seas”
This segment blended youth-centric activities, intangible cultural heritage performances, and a Southeast Asian-themed floating market, fostering cross-cultural engagement to bolster the China-ASEAN Community with a Shared Future.
“Forward Together: Dream Chasers of Tomorrow”
Combining thrilling water sports spectacles with heartwarming interactions between children from northern and southern China, this segment symbolized the enduring spirit of friendship and collaboration.
The 2025 “Guangxi Lunar March 3rd·Bagui Carnival” will run for nearly a month, featuring 14 major categories of activities under five thematic pillars:
“Vibrant Ethnic Culture”
“Explore Guangxi Together”
“Ethnic Sports Extravaganza”
“E-Commerce Joy”
“Harmony in Bagui”
