Volunteers learn sign language in common use at Jinan Arboretum in Jinan, capital city of east China's Shandong Province, May 20, 2006. A sign language learing activity carried out in Lixia District of the city attracted 10,000 volunteers who will communicate with the deaf and dumb in communities and special schools for them.
