Disposable wedding

Delighted onlookers applaud what appear to be a stylish bride and groom in the Chongqing Municipality business district on Sunday. The "wedding," however, was not real, but staged by eco-friendly students from several universities in Guizhou Province to spur environmental awareness. The bridal gown was made of white plastic bags and the hair clip consisted of disposable chopsticks. The "groom" sported a swallow-tailed jacket made of black trash bags and a newspaper necktie.
