Taiwan singer-actress Selina Ren attended a press conference on January 19 in the hospital, where she received treatment for a burn injury, Sina.com.cn reports.
It was her first public appearance since she was seriously wounded last October during the shooting of an explosion scene for the TV drama "I Have a Date with Spring" ("Wo He Chuntian You Ge Yuehui"). Selina appeared at the event with boyish short hair, caused by the surgery. Her arms, legs and back suffered 3rd degree burns and she got a skin graft.
The other two members from the girl band, S.H.E, Ella Chen and Hebe Tian, accompanied her at the press conference.
After the event, Selina left the hospital to reunite with her family, and they expressed their gratitude during the event for those taking care of Selina.
Meanwhile, Selina's father told the press that the actress and her lawyer fiancé, Richard Chang, will hold a wedding ceremony in April, as previously scheduled.
