Taiwan singer Christine Fan will hold her first mainland solo concert F One: We are Friends today at Beizhan Theater.
Nicknamed Fan Fan by her admirers, she is admired for her natural and warm voice since she became a professional singer in 2000.
The 33-year-old is set to challenge herself by showing off her dancing skills, which is something she rarely did before.
Also, she will perform a guitar solo, with the hand-made white guitar that her boyfriend, TV host Charles Chen, gifted her.
Fan will perform many of her most acclaimed songs from her previous 10 albums in the two-hour concert, including Those Flowers (Naxie Hua'er) and First Dream (Zuichu de Mengxiang).
Fan will also sing several songs from her new album F One, which was launched last month.
Noted stylist and renowned actress Zhou Xun's ex-boyfriend Li Da-chih, will take care of Fan's new look, which will feature high heels and mini skirt.
Fan says she will invite some guest stars, but did not specify who.
Fan has many star friends, such as singer/actress Rene Liu, actress Pace Wu and popular TV host Little S.
Born in Ohio, United States, Fan is also a successful TV host and songwriter.
