Photo taken on Sept. 5, 2009 shows a giant parterre in the shape of a flying dragon, at the intersection of business downtown of Xidan, in Beijing. Beijing Municipality is setting up a total of 22 large-scale solid parterres with over 3.3 million flowers along the Chang'an Avenue, the east-west axis of Beijing, in a move to beef up the happy festival atmosphere for the upcoming National Day Celebration on the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
