　　小孩子去医院做检查， 

　　又哭又闹是常事。 

　　他用身体把医疗器械捂热了， 

　　让小孩过家家一样听话地完成就诊。 

　　It is common that children cry out loud when examined in hospital. He would warm the medical device with his hands or other parts of the body first and then have children go through the diagnosis obediently, as if playing house.

　　医院病人太多 

　　他坚持30年中午不吃饭， 

　　让病人加号看病， 

　　只为多看几个病人。 

　　Because of too many patients, he has skipped lunch for 30 years, just to have several more patients diagnosed.

　　给病人做检查的时候， 

　　突然疼得连腰都直不起来， 

　　他用一只手捂着肚子， 

　　另一只手为病人做检查。 

　　晚上就诊完所有的病人， 

　　他却阑尾穿孔坏疽， 

　　差点因公牺牲。 

　　Once when examining patients, he felt so sharp a pain in the stomach that he could not even straighten his back. He clutched his stomach with one hand and examined the patient with the other hand. After having examined all the patients in the evening, he was diagnosed with a gangrenous appendix, which almost killed him on the job.

　　He is an ordinary man, but he has made hospital going less painful by offering patients more spiritual comfort and warmth.
