All-China Students Federation (ACSF) is the combined organization of the students' union of national institutions of higher students' learning, postgraduate students' union and the union of secondary schools.

ACSF was established on June, 16, 1919, after the May 4th Movement of 1919, there were 22 conferences held. It constitutes group membership system and democratic centralism. Its highest authority is national students' representatives conference with a meeting once every other 5 years. And the National Students' Union Committee is elected and important affairs is decided as well during the meeting . NSUC presidium consisting of representatives from group members who act as NSUC chairman or vice-chairman is administrative body of National Students' Union Committee. The secretariat of ACSF deals with the daily work.

The tasks of ACSF are as follows: to follow and carry out our Party's policy for education; to promote the growth of the students in their virtue, wisdom and body; to unite and guide the students to be qualified for their love of the motherland and socialist construction ; to bring the ties of Party and government with the students into the play; to safeguard the nation's and people's interests as well as the students' interests; to advocate and organize the activities of self-service, self-management, self-education and other various kinds of healthy and social service and activities; to enforce the unity among all nationalities; strengthen the contact with the students in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao; to promote the unity of Chinese nation and the motherland; to develop the friendship between Chinese students and students all over the world; to support all the nations and the people all over the world to carry out their cause of justice.
