A fire broke out in a used car factory in northeast China's Heilongjiang province Tuesday noon and casualties are unknown, fire-fighters said.
The fire is still raging as of 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Xiangfang district of Harbin, the provincial capital, fire-fighters said.
Residents living nearby are being evacuated.
